CUPPING 101
While cupping is currently rising in popularity, it has been around for thousands of years. It was originally used to treat lung conditions, such as bronchitis and pneumonia. In recent years it has been used for muscle tension, focusing on athletes and people with headaches and migraines.
Cupping is great for anyone that has tension and stagnation. By creating a negative pressure inside the cup, the cup pulls the muscle into it and holds the suction. When they are left on for 10-15 minutes the muscle slowly stretches and the tension is released. It is a gentle, quick, and pain free way to get results.

IS ACUPUNCTURE RIGHT FOR ME?
DO ACUPUNCTURE NEEDLES HURT?
Acupuncture needles are very thin and most people feel no pain at all. Many patients report feeling relaxed and energized during and after their treatments.
I'M AFRAID OF NEEDLES, IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE THAT YOU OFFER THAT CAN HELP ME?
Many patients that are terrified of needles do very well with acupuncture! If you are not comfortable with needles we can use acupressure, cupping, food therapy and herbs to treat you.
how many treatments do i need?
The number of treatments depends on the severity of the condition. If you have an acute ankle sprain, usually 1-2 treatments will get you back to normal. If you've been battling a condition for years or even decades, it is likely that you will need 8-12 treatments.
